Primary School Area Coordinator - F/T

Job Role:

You will be responsible for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) with current schools within your territory and revenue generation through:

After Schools Clubs
Fundraising Events
Holiday Courses

In addition, you will be expected to create of stronger links with current schools and further generation of new business.

Level of responsibility and territory: As an area coordinator you will be assigned a geographical territory to supervise. You will be responsible for managing a cluster of up to 12 primary schools. You will also be accountable for new business development within your territory. In addition, the training and development of new PPA staff and coaching apprentices will be expected where possible.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, proactive and hard working individuals to join our vibrant coaching team. An ability to socialise and create strong working relationships will be vital. In addition, the capability to organise your time effectively and prioritise your workload is essential. A degree in a related field would also be beneficial, but is not essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Level 2 NGB Qualification in any sport or sports related degree.
• Enhanced CRB Check
• Child Protection and First Aid Certificates

Preferred Experience:

• Working within Primary Schools
• A proven ability to organise and deliver sports clubs or extracurricular activities.
